Tofu with soy sauce and black sesame


  • 250 grams of tofu
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cane honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • ½ teaspoon of chili ground (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste


Cut the tofu into small pieces and prepare the marinade. mix the soy sauce with the cane syrup until it emulsifies, then add the grated ginger, the chili, the olive oil, the black sesame seeds and a pinch of salt and mix well again.

< p>Put the tofu in the bowl with the marinade and let it rest for half an hour. After this time, fry the tofu with the sauce in a frying pan, moving it from time to time so that the tofu cooks on all sides for no more than five minutes.

Before serving, drizzle with the sesame oil mix again and serve hot.
