Tofu chips good crispy!

Ingredients

  • 350g soy tofu
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ cd of brown sugar
  • Rice batter
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vegan cashew cheese
  • Ketchup
  • Coconut oil

Preparation

Cut the tofu into sticks.

Cover them with a mixture of: soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, turmeric and paprika.

Let them rest for 10′.

Drain and batter.

In a pan with a little coconut oil, brown each side.

Serve with cashew cheese and ketchup.
