Tofu and quinoa croquettes

Ingredients

  • 200 g grated tofu
  • 150 g quinoa
  • 50 grams of grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon of flour

Preparation

Cook the quinoa: one measure of quinoa for two of water, let cool for a few minutes.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except the flour and work with the hands for a few seconds.

You can add the flour when forming the croquettes if you think they are very moist.

Form the balls, heat oil in a pan and fry.
