The best vegan banana bread!

Ingredients

  • 2 large (well ripe) bananas
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ⅓ cup of apple juice
  • ⅓ cup of vegan milk
  • ½ cup of whole oats
  • 2 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp walnut nutmeg
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 cups organic wholemeal flour

Preparation

Mix the bananas, sugar, essence, oil, vinegar and liquids in a bowl.

Add the dry ones little by little. mix well.

Pump everything into a previously oiled pudding mold and place a banana cut in half on top. cook until golden brown, let cool and enjoy!
