PS: you can tell by the recipe and the photo that we look forward to summer, right?

  • 500 ml. of coconut milk (65%)
  • ½ cup of cornstarch
  • ¾ cup of sugar
  • 1 cc of salt
  • Cinnamon powder

  1. In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk together with the sugar, cornstarch and salt . In this same step we can add cinnamon powder to taste or add it when the trembling is served.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture starts to boil and continue stirring for about 5 minutes more.
  3. Moisten the flan pans with water, fill with the mixture and leave to rest for a while before storing in the fridge. Let cool for a minimum of 3 hours before serving.
