• 200 gr boneless black olives
  • 50 gr green olives
  • 1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • A little thyme
  • Lemon juice (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)


Put all the ingredients in the blender jar and grind (without overcooking, as there should be no hummus-like texture left). Tap ready!
