Sweets and chocolate have a very bad reputation, but they do not have to make us fat and we can include them in a healthy diet as long as we make healthy recipes. As you may already know, we eat a high-carbohydrate, low-fat diet, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy our favorite dishes, we simply look for low-fat alternatives or ones made with healthy fats.
This is the third chocolate mousse that we share with you, the first a> was made with avocado and the second with banana and avocado. The base of today’s is sweet potato and it has an incredible texture, it has nothing to envy a non-vegan chocolate mousse! In addition, it has no cholesterol, it is low in fat (if you use a low-fat vegetable milk like the one from oatmeal or rice) and it is much healthier.
