Ingredients
- 1 kilo of sweet potato
- 2 cups of water
- 3/4 kilo of sugar
- Vanilla
Preparation
Wash and cook the sweet potatoes, peel and cut into thick slices, weigh and calculate 3/4 k. of sugar for 1 k. of sweet potato.
Prepare a syrup with 2 cups of water for 1 k. of sugar and vanilla, when it starts to boil place the sweet potatoes until they turn crystalline.
