- 1 cup granola
- all orange zest
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp nutmeg
- 1 tbsp sugar or
- 3 tbsp cane honey, agave or corn syrup. < / li>
- trick: I added some vegan fiber to the granola
In a bowl, mix the granola with the zest, spices and salt.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan heat the coconut cream, sugar and syrup of corn until it breaks the first boil. pour over the granola and mix well.
Everything has to be covered.
Arrange on a plate or fountain lined with parchment paper and let cool.
You can cut them and eat them like this, they are tender and if you like them crispy you have to cook them 15′ at 170º.
