Stuffed oranges

Ingredients

  • 4 oranges
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Cinnamon powder (optional)
  • Fresh mint (optional)

Preparation

Squeeze the juice from the oranges. reserve the juice of one orange to dissolve the cornmeal and reserve the empty half oranges.

In a pot, heat the rest of the juice, add the sugar and stir.

When it starts to boil, add the mixture of juice and flour and stir until it comes to a boil again.

Remove from the heat and let it cool down a bit.

Pour the juice into the empty half oranges.

Put in the fridge for at least 1h.
