A light and fruity vegan bread with a light fruit flavor, perfect for breakfast 


  • 1.5 cups (180 g< /span>) farine de bl√© entier
  • 1.5 cups (187.5 g) farine de pain
  • 1 cuill√®re √† soupe sucre brut or equivalent edulcorant
  • 1 Cuill√®re √† Soupe huile de noix de coco vierge
  • 2 cuill√®res √† soupe eau
  • 1.5 < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredients-unit" > cuill√®re √† caf√© Release active J’utilise du rouge √©toile
  • 1 Cuill√®re √† soupe Yogurt without Laitier ou du lait de noix √©pais ou de l’ eau
  • 1/4 cup (62.5 ml) eau
  • 6-7 (6 ) fraises moyennes donne environ 3/4 tasse de pur√©e
  • 1/2 cuill√®re √† caf√© (0.5 cuill√®re √† th√©) < span class="wprm-recipe-ingredient-name">sel< /li>


  • In a large bowl, add 2 tablespoons of warm water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and the yeast. Mix and leave to foam (10 minutes).
  • In a blender, puree the strawberries with the water, puree the sugar, salt and oil . Add the yoghurt/nut milk to the puree and stir.
  • Add 1.5 cups wheat flour and 1 cup yeast bread flour mix, then add the strawberry puree add the flour.
  • Take a large spoon or spatula and mix everything together for a minute or two, scraping down the sides and while of mixing until well blended and distributed. Add spices like cinnamon if desired.
  • If the dough is very sticky, then add some flour to the bread until the Dough is slightly sticky and soft. (Bread flour needed depends on ripeness/humidity of strawberries).
  • Cover with a towel and cook for 1.5 hours or until doubled leave it as is.
  • Use the spoon to mix the dough again and form a ball.
  • Sprinkle a few tablespoons of bread flour over the dough. Oil your hands and move the dough so that it’s mostly covered in flour (you can toss the dough on the counter a few times at this point to develop more gluten :).

    Pull something from all sides and insert below. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined or well-greased loaf tin.
  • Spray water liberally on top and then sprinkle some Flour or oatmeal on top.
  • Cover with a towel and let rise for 45 minutes or up to double.

    Bake at 365¬įF for 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool completely before cutting
