strawberry vinaigrette


  • 5 large ripe strawberries
  • 4 tbsp. of apple cider vinegar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar or agave syrup (optional)
  • Aove (extra virgin olive oil)


Wash the strawberries and remove the stems.

Place them in the blender together with the vinegar, salt and sugar and blend at medium-high power for a few seconds.

Lower the power and add the extra virgin olive oil until it emulsifies without stopping beating.

Let it rest in the fridge for 5 minutes before serving.

(you can strain the vinaigrette in case there are any strawberry seeds left if you wish)
