- 1 serrano or jalapeño pepper
- 1 tbsp. diced strawberries
- 1/4 tsp. white onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp. fresh coriander, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- salt to taste
- Using rubber gloves, remove the stems, seeds and ribs of the chili and chop finely.
- In one Mix the chili and remaining salsa ingredients in a bowl. The salsa can be made several hours in advance and covered in the fridge.
