How are you? We as always very busy. I don’t know how we do it, but we always have a thousand things pending. Now that we have found a flat, we have to move this week (we have been at my parents’ house since we came from Cologne) and catch up because we have a lot of backlog.

For the last few months I have had breakfast porridge  almost every day, but since we returned to Spain I’m hooked on my loved smoothies again. They are so refreshing and light… In addition, they keep me satiated throughout the morning and with the heat it is what my body asks for.



  • 1 taza de agua (250 ml)
  • 1 taza de piña natural (165 g)
  • 1 naranja
  • 6 fresones
  • 4 dátiles Deglet Nour ó 2 Medjool (opcional)


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until well combined.
