We do not usually have jam often but from time to time we feel like it and strawberry jam is one of our favorites. Personally, it reminds me of my childhood, since I loved toast with peach jam or strawberry jam.

  • 2 tazas de fresas (300 gramos)
  • 75 mililitros de agua
  • 4 cucharadas de sirope de agave
  • El zumo de medio lim├│n
  • 2 gramos de agar agar (opcional)


  1. Cut up the strawberries and put them in a I sauce the water, lemon juice and agave and put it over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  2. Look at the container of your agar agar and you will know how old it is to be boiling We add it to the jam 4 minutes before removing it from the heat.
  3. Remove from the heat and blend with the help of a blender. This step is optional.
  4. When the jam is colder we can put it in a jar.
