Here’s the first recipe in the series of healthy vegan breakfasts!  I am writing to you from my hotel bed in Essen, we have just arrived and I haven’t had time to write the post before, but better late than never! Alberto has a bridge and we have taken the opportunity to visit the city and the blog is the first thing, that’s why I’ve started writing, because I can’t leave you without a recipe.

Among my favorite breakfasts, as you know, are the green smoothies, and they couldn’t be missing from this series. This one in particular is to die for and I love it because it’s made with my 3 favorite fruits: berries (in this case strawberries), bananas and mango. I usually drink between half and a liter of green smoothie, it depends on the day, but if it is too much for you, you can take less quantity. When I have smoothies I usually don’t eat anything else because they are very satiating and I prefer to have the fruit alone as much as possible.



  • 6 fresas pequeñas
  • 1 plátano
  • ½ mango
  • 1 puñado de canónigos
  • 1 taza de leche vegetal (250 ml)
  • 1 cucharadita de lúcuma (opcional)


  1. Cut the fruit and put it in the blender along with the rest of the ingredients. Beat until they are perfectly integrated.
