Many vegan ice creams (and non-vegan) are made with large amounts of saturated fat and sugar. There is nothing wrong with consuming fats, but they should always be unsaturated (olive oil, avocado, nuts…). In fact, the intake of unsaturated fats is essential for the proper functioning of our body. In general, they must be present at all meals, as long as a doctor does not indicate otherwise due to health problems.

Helado de fresa y mora (vegano y fit)

  • 600 g strawberries or strawberries
  • 100 g blackberries
  • 400 g natural soy yogurt
  • 60 g agave syrup
  • A piece of vegan white chocolate
  1. Clean the strawberries or strawberries, cut their stems and store them in the freezer, inside a bag. Optionally we can cut the strawberries into pieces before freezing them if our crusher is not very big.
  2. Crush the strawberries or frozen strawberries together with the yogurt and the syrup agave until there are no pieces of fruit left.
  3. Add the blackberries and blend for a few more seconds; Just enough so that we can see the blackberry pieces.
  4. Put the mixture into a tupperware with a lid and store it in the freezer. After 30 minutes, remove from the freezer and stir. We put it back in the freezer. We repeat this operation for 3 hours.
  5. For the topping, chop the white chocolate into fine pieces with the help of a knife.
  6. We serve our vegan strawberry and blackberry ice cream with a little bit of white chocolate.
