- 150 g spelled flour
- 150 g ground almonds
- 2 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 50 g sugar or sweetener
- 50 g agave syrup
- 115 g vegetable oil
- 250 ml soy yoghurt
- 150 g plums (stoned and cut into small pieces)
- A pinch of toasted chopped almonds

Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
