We are already in Asia! After a hectic couple of weeks of moving, endless travel and disconnection, we are back to the routine with new recipes. We have been in Singapore for 3 days and now we are going to spend a few days in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia). Ingredientes

  • 1 taza de almendras crudas y sin sal (150 g)
  • 1 cucharada de levadura nutricional o de cerveza
  • 2 cucharaditas de aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • 1/2 cucharadita de sal
  • 1/2 cucharadita de orégano
  • 1/2 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
  • 1/8 cucharadita de cayena en polvo

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until well combined.
  2. Cook the almonds in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. < li id="instruction-step-3">You can take them fresh or cold, as you like. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for a week.

Notes

  • You can use any nuts, oils, spices, or herbs you like.
  • For an oil-free version, you can use water or lemon juice.
