Spaghetti with sesame sauce


  • 500 gr. of spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower or olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 chilli chopped green (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame < / li>
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Chopped cilantro (can be frozen)
  • Salt and pepper


Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with oil and salt and leave them “al dente” (time according to the package instructions).

While preparing the dressing:.

In a bowl, mix the mashed garlic and peanut butter, beat. add the chilli, toasted sesame and soy sauce. pour in the lime juice and stir. Season to taste.

Mix the sauce with the spaghetti and serve on hot plates. garnish with chopped cilantro.
