These spaghetti with green coconut sauce are prepared in 15 minutes and you only need 9 ingredients to make them, it seems unbelievable but it is true and if you try them you will find it hard to believe that it is not a more elaborate dish. Who said you had to spend hours in the kitchen to make healthy and delicious dishes?

Although it may seem so, the pasta is not green, but the sauce has such an intense color that it completely stains it. The spaghetti that we have used are gluten-free, you can already find them in many supermarkets at a good price, they are very tasty, although they break more easily.



  • 400 gramos de pasta sin gluten
  • 1 cucharadita de aceite de oliva virgen extra
  • 4 dientes de ajo
  • 1 guindilla cayena ó 1 cucharadita de guindilla en polvo
  • 400 mililitros de leche de coco (13,5 onzas líquidas)
  • 1 cucharada de zumo de limón
  • 1 cucharadita de jengibre en polvo
  • Pimienta negra al gusto
  • 60 gramos de espinacas (2 tazas)


  1. We cook the pasta in abundant boiling water minutes recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. For the sauce, pour the oil into a frying pan and when it is hot, pour the minced garlic and chopped chilli.
  3. < li id="instruction-step-3">When the garlic begins to brown, add the coconut milk, lemon juice, ginger powder and black pepper to taste. Leave at least 5 minutes for it to take on flavor.

  4. Put the sauce in the blender along with the spinach, mix.
  5. We mix the spaghetti with the sauce in the pan and if we want we can leave the pasta for about 5 more minutes so that it integrates better with the sauce, although it is optional.
