Soybean fillets with beer


  • 2-3 textured soy fillets per person
  • 200 ml beer
  • 200 ml vegetable broth
  • 100 ml soy cream
  • 5 tablespoons of tomato and grated and mixed onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons filled with ground raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon filled with brewer’s yeast flakes
  • Freshly ground white pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Tarragon

Distribute the soybean fillets on the bottom of a wide saucepan.

Cover the fillets with the beer, the vegetable broth, the olive oil and the mixture of tomato and onion.

Cover the pan and cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes.

Uncover the pan, turn the fillets over, add the ground almonds, the soy cream, brewer’s yeast and spices and seasonings.

Recover the pan and continue cooking over medium-low heat while the sauce reduces and thickens a little, approximately 5-6 minutes.

Serve the fillets covered with a little sauce.
