This smoothie is a cocktail of vitamins and minerals for the skin, it’s light, healthy and also delicious, that’s why I call it smoothie for radiant skin. Obviously you won’t have beautiful skin if you take it, but you don’t eat well, you don’t exercise and in general you don’t lead a healthy lifestyle.

Many skin problems are related to food and the toxic lifestyle that we have today, so it is important to introduce small changes that help us improve our habits little by little. Smoothies are the perfect way to start living a healthier life. I recommend that you take them for breakfast, they are very satiating, nutritious and thus you will leave aside coffee, milk, white bread, sugar, sausages and other common foods at breakfast, which do us no good.



  • 2 tazas de agua (500 mililitros)
  • 1 cucharada de semillas de lino
  • 2 plátanos
  • 2 tazas de frambuesas (260 gramos)
  • 6 dátiles


  1. Beat all ingredients in a blender until that they are completely integrated.
  2. If you want it to be cooler you can replace half the water with ice.
