- 1 block of smoked tofu
- ½ green pepper
- ½ onion
- Skewer sticks
- 1 pinch of salt
- TO PREPARE THE SAUCE:
- ½ garlic clove
- 5 sprigs of cilantro (or more if you are very fan)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp small tahini
- 2 tablespoons water
- ½ lemon
- Black and white sesame seeds (for decoration)
- 1 pinch of Himalayan pink salt or any other unrefined salt
Wash and cut the pepper and onion into large pieces; then sauté everything with a pinch of salt until lightly browned and spread out on a plate.
For the sauce, use a small hand mixer. Crush the garlic, tahini, coriander, oil and water. Lastly, add the lemon juice.
Once you have prepared the vegetables, sauté the tofu until golden brown.
Make the skewers interspersing the tofu with the vegetables.
Add sesame and cilantro sauce on top.
