Shredded Brussels sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup Crispi Orgran Crumbs (O dried bread crumbs)
  • ¼ cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 12 Brussels sprouts
  • Olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix the soy milk and vinegar apple before and set aside.

Combine the Orgran Crispi crumbs, nutritional yeast, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in another small bowl.

Use a skewer or similar to prick Carefully one Brussels sprout, coating with milk mixture, sprinkling with crumb mixture, dipping in milk mixture and sprinkling with crumb again.

Gently remove from skewer, place on tray for baking and repeat with remaining Brussels sprouts.

Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve immediately.
