This Sesame Garlic Broccoli only needs 6 ingredients. It’s vibrant with blanched broccoli and delicious with a simple sesame oil and garlic vinaigrette. A perfect site. Gluten free and nut free vegan recipe. Soy-free variant

Ingredients

  • 2 petites têtes de brocoli , Coupe en Bouquets
  • 2 cc huile

  • 2 TL < span class="wprm-nom-de-l'ingrédient-de-la-recette">sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp Sauce de soy , utilisez du tamari pour le sans gluten, des aminos de noix de coco pour le sans soja
  • 1/2 tsp flocons de piment rouge
  • 1 à soupe eau

  • Preparation

  • Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a generous pinch of salt. Add the broccoli and cook for 3-5 minutes (depending on the size of the florets and the amount of florets in the water).

  • Sprinkle or add the broccoli to the pan and mix well. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
