semolina pudding


  • 1 liter of soy milk (vanilla flavor)
  • Vanilla essence

Bring the soy milk to a gentle boil.

Add the vanilla and sugar and stir.

Add the semolina and continue stirring until the pudding thickens.

Pour into individual molds.

Place in the refrigerator until solid.

Meanwhile, cut the rhubarb into pieces.< /p>

Place it in a saucepan and add water and a little sugar.

Bring to a boil, about 4-5 minutes, until tender.

Make puree with a food processor and serve as a hot or cold sauce.
