Seaweed Trio condiment


  • 1-2 seaweed iziki (hijiki)
  • 1-2 seaweed wire
  • 1-2 sweet seaweed
  • Natural water
  • 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
  • 1/3 cup natural soy sauce / tamari


Finely chop the algae with scissors to fill a glass in equal parts.

Put them in a saucepan, cover flush with natural water and put a teaspoon of salt marina.

Cook for 1 hour, stirring from time to time and adding water if necessary.

After that time, add 1/3 of a glass of tamari and continue the cook until all the liquid evaporates.

Let cool and then store in a glass jar. consume a teaspoon of dessert from time to time as a condiment.
