Today I am writing to you from Bali, one of the places we most wanted to go to and it is not surprising that it is so fashionable because it is paradise and the weather is incredible.

Ingredientes

  • 12 fresas
  • 2 kiwis
  • 1/2 pitaya, ver notas
  • 1/2 mango
  • 1 cucharada de zumo de lima o limón
  • 2 cucharaditas de sirope de arce o agave (opcional)

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the fruit and pour into a large bowl.
  2. Add the lemon or lime juice and syrup and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Ideally, take the salad or fruit salad freshly made, but it can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 or 2 days.

Notes

  • The pitaya is usually not easy to find in Spain or it is very expensive. It reminds me a little bit of kiwi in its texture, but it is sweeter. You could replace it with 2 kiwis or 1/2 more mango.
  • Use the fruits that you like best or that are in season.
  • Instead of maple or agave syrup, you can use any sweetener, better if it is liquid.
