Rolled figs

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of dried figs
  • Manicotti or cannelloni or lasagna
  • Cinnamon
  • 50 grams of almonds or hazelnuts
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Preparation

Cut the figs into small pieces and pour the hot water over them.

Add the cinnamon and let the figs hydrate.

You can use lasagna dough, cannelloni (crepes) or manicotti dough.

Cook the lasagna in boiling water.

Remove and place a small amount of the figs along one edge of the lasagna sheet and roll up the sheet.

Serve cold, with the dried fruit on top and mint leaves on top. one side.
