Ricotta vegana

Ingredients
  • 100 gr. of raw cashews
  • 50 ml. of water
  • 1 cs of brewer’s yeast
  • 1 cs of lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
  1. Let the cashews soak for 2 hours.
  2. Drain the water from the cashews and grind them with the rest of the ingredients.
