Rice with soy milk with cinnamon and piloncillo

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rice
  • 3/4 liter of soy milk
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/4 piloncillo
  • Cinnamon chunk
  • Cinnamon Powder (for Decorating)

Preparation

While the rice is washed with warm water, put 4 cups of water with the cinnamon pieces and 1/4 piloncillo in a pot over medium heat.

< p>Add the well-drained rice to the pot, it takes about 10-15 minutes to cook.

When it is well cooked, remove it from the heat and remove the excess water.

Return the pot to low heat and add the soy milk, leave it for approximately 5 more minutes and remove it.

It can be served hot or cold, decorating with cinnamon powder.
