Rice With Chard


  • 300 g. rice
  • 500 g. chard
  • 200 g. white beans
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 ripe tomato
  • 1 sweet paprika cdita
  • 1 drizzle oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp saffron
  • 2 onions
  • 2 potatoes


In a frying pan, fry the laminated garlic and the chopped onion.

Then put the washed and chopped chard in a pot.

After 3 minutes add the peeled and diced potatoes, the grated ripe tomato and the paprika.

Cover with water and cook for approximately 20 minutes.

Add the rice and saffron and cook over high heat and the rest over moderate heat so that the broth is not thick.
