- For rice pudding:
- 200 gr of round rice
- 450ml oat milk
- 20 gr agave syrup
- 1 tablespoon vanilla powder.
- For cherries:
- 40gr syrup Agave
- 1/2 tablespoon Agar-Agar (vegetable gelatin).
Simmer the rice with the oat milk and vanilla for 70 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sweeten with the agave syrup and add a little more milk if necessary to make it creamier.
Meanwhile, cook the cherries with the agave syrup and strain the resulting juice. Mix the vegetable gelatin with three tablespoons of cold water, add the cherry juice and heat briefly. Add it to the cherries.
Serve in a glass alternating the layers of rice pudding with the cherries.
