Ingredients
- ♥ 2 cups cooked short grain brown rice
- ♥ 1 finely chopped onion
- ♥ 1 red pepper (roasted, peeled and finely chopped)
- ♥ 3 tbsp lightly toasted sunflower seeds
- ♥ finely chopped parsley leaves
- ♥ cornstarch
- ♥ oil

Preparation
Sauté the onions and garlic with a little oil and a pinch of salt, uncovered over medium/low heat for 10 minutes.
Add the red pepper finely chopped, rice, seeds and parsley. mix well.
Amalgamate a small amount well, and make a hamburger, very flat. lightly coat it with cornstarch.
Heat oil, prepare a tray with absorbent paper and grill each hamburger on both sides. dry on paper for a few minutes before serving.
