The interesting thing about the gastronomy of these latitudes is that they have a lot of vegan dishes. We love going to an Indian restaurant in Barcelona called Veg World India. Ingredients
  • 250 gr. of dal masoor (red lentil)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 zahanoria

Preparation
  1. The process to get the kofta dough is very simple: we clean the lentils and leave them in soak for 2 hours. After this time, we clean them well and drain them. Later, we grind them together with the carrot, onion, garlic, parsley and a little salt.
  2. We heat about one finger in a frying pan and oil medium. When the oil is very hot, fry the koftas for approximately 2 and a half minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  3. To take the dough and place it in the pan, we will help ourselves with two spoons. With a spoon we will take a generous amount of dough, and with the other we will help ourselves to loosen it in the pan. As you can see in the photo, the koftas will come out with irregular shapes.
