Ingredients

  • 1 cĂ c Huile

  • 1/2 tsp (0.5 cc ) Curcuma
  • 1 large pomme de terre petits cubes
  • 1 aubergine moyenne petites aubergines hachĂ©es, ou 8 petites aubergines ou plus, coupĂ©es en quartiers

  • 3/4 cup (187.5 ml) eau
  • 3 /4 TL (0.75 cĂ c) sel

    Preparation

  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When hot, add the cumin and mustard seeds and cook until the cumin seeds change color and are fragrant. A few seconds or a minute depending on the temperature of the plan and the oil.
