- 1 glass of almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of chia (soaked overnight in the same milk)
- 1 tablespoon psyllium
- Red fruits
This recipe is as easy as adding the psyllium to a glass of almond milk with the chia seeds. stir until thick. on the other hand, mash an apple and add it to the resulting dough (to add sweetness, but you can leave it out, or add it chopped).
Finally, add red berries and nuts, or the fruit you want.
