Raw vegan energy bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of very fleshy dates
  • 1 cup of: seeds , nuts, cereals. pinch of salt.
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil.
  • Orange zest
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Process everything.

Remember to seed the dates.

Crush on a non-stick plate.

Let all the night.

Cut and serve.
