Raw tacos Mexican style


  • 6 leaves of organic favorite iceberg lettuce or chard
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seed or 12 soaked almonds without shell
  • ½ ½ red pepper
  • 8 parsley stalks
  • 20 tomatoes cherry
  • 2 tomates roma
  • 2 medium bunches of spinach
  • 1 avocado (optional)
  • 2 chili piquí n (optional)


Combine all the ingredients except the lettuce and process or chop them and mix very well. strain the juice of the mixture (and drink it separately) and serve it covering the lettuce leaves with an even layer to later fold them: the tacos are ready!
