'raw chocolate mousse


  • 1 ½ bananas
  • 1 avocado / avocado
  • ½ tza of vegan milk. I used cashew / cashew milk
  • 2 tbsp large agave syrup, corn or brown sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 3 tbsp bitter cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


First process the bananas and avocado, with the sweetener you want.

Then add the coconut cream, salt and bitter cocoa.

Lastly, add the milk and process well until everything is well incorporated.

Pour it into small jars (recycle by the way) or small bowls.

Let it settle in the fridge /10′ fridge and voila, you can eat it.
