Raw carrot soup


  • 5 raw carrots
  • Hot water (boiling point)
  • A splash of olive oil
  • Ginger grated to taste
  • Salt


1. Grate the raw carrots and place them in a bowl.

2. add salt and oil to taste.

3. Add the water to a boil while processing it with a blender (or something similar).

4. once a soup consistency is achieved, that’s it!

5. add the grated ginger and enjoy!.

Quick, very easy, cheap and very nutritious. enjoy :).
