Raw broccoli and cauliflower flower salad with mustard sauce


  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • 2 very dark broccoli
  • 1 tablespoon mustard grain or seed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy yogurt
  • Salt to taste


Cut the cauliflower and broccoli florets, separating the stems (they can be used in a stew).

Immerse in freshly boiled water for 3 minutes.

Dress with the mustard, oil, soy yogurt and salt, stirring well.

It is best if it rests for about 10-15 minutes.
