The problem with salads is that sometimes we add ingredients that are not so light or so healthy or we use very caloric dressings and we get the opposite effect to what we are looking for, a dish that does not help us at all in our bikini operation and that makes us as fat or more What others. vividly remember years ago I went to a famous fast food restaurant and as I was on a diet I ordered a salad instead of a burger and fries (I wasn’t a vegetarian at the time). After eating the salad I started to look at the calories it had to compare it with the menu I used to order and I was scared to see that both options had practically the same calories, my joy in a well.
