It’s so cold in Colonia! I’m used to spring in Malaga, when it’s 4 degrees at the end of April it’s something I don’t take very well, but hey, this way I’ll take on the summer with more enthusiasm. It’s not that I don’t like Germany, I’m loving the experience and the country is incredible, but although the only downside is time, for me it’s an important factor. Another downside is that avocados and mangoes don’t is that they are very cheap, with what I like! But hey, now I value them more and as soon as I return to Spain I’m going to get even. ?

Who doesn’t like guacamole? Or avocados? I couldn’t live without them! And this time we tried to make a different version and it was just as delicious, or even more so, and it is so colorful that it enters your eyes. We accompany it with bread wholemeal pita, but it is also very tasty with nachos o crudités and you can use it to make burritos, fajitas, sandwiches and many others recipes.
