Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 140 ml water
- 2 cloves of garlic (optional)
- 2 pinches ground cumin
- 20g tahini
- 30g pea protein
- 2 pinches salt to taste
- For garnish (optional):
- Olive oil
- Smoked paprika
Procedure
- Place the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pease until creamy, then refrigerate.
- Drizzle with olive oil to garnish and sprinkle with smoked paprika before serving.
