- 1 glass of quinoa per person
- Sweet vegetable milk
- 1 chocolate soy yogurt
- Walnuts or almonds to decorate
- 1 tsp agave syrup (optional)

Boil the quinoa in water for 15 minutes. Drain excess water.
Mix the quinoa with the non-dairy milk and sweeten if desired (not necessary) and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Prepare the cups. Putting the chocolate yogurt on the base, add the quinoa with milk and decorate with the nuts.
If you don’t want to add chocolate, you can leave the quinoa in milk with sweetener and decorate with cocoa powder or cinnamon .
