Quinoa with basil and sunflower seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 glass of quinoa
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • Sea salt
  • Fresh basil
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Sesame oil

Preparation

Wash the quinoa, put it in a saucepan and add a glass and a half of water, the turmeric and the salt. bring to a boil and reduce to a minimum and cover for 17 minutes.

Toss with the basil cut into small pieces and the sunflower seeds. dress with a dash of sesame oil or another that we like.
