I have never liked breakfast, I have always done it with reluctance because I had to eat something before leaving home, but it was not a meal that I enjoyed, until I changed my diet, since then it is not only that I like breakfast, but it is that breakfast is my favorite meal.

Now that I eat in a healthy way I no longer wake up with a heavy stomach and if I’m not hungry I don’t force my body, I drink water on an empty stomach until I feel like eating or I have something light like a piece of fruit or a natural juice.

Ingredientes

  • 2 y 1/4 tazas de leche de almendras (560 ml)
  • 3/4 taza de quinoa cruda (130 g)
  • 1 cucharada de crema de almendras
  • 1 persimón o caqui troceado
  • 1 cucharada de arándanos secos
  • 3 nueces troceadas
  • 1 cucharada de sirope de arce

Instructions

  1. Pour two cups of almond milk ( 500 ml) in a saucepan and when hot, add the quinoa.
  2. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the milk has been absorbed.< /li>
  3. When ready, add 1/4 cup of milk (60 ml) and the almond butter. Stir and serve in a bowl.
  4. Add the rest of the ingredients and enjoy a healthy breakfast.
