quick apple pie


  • 3 golden apples
  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons agave syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Crushed flax seeds


Preheat the oven. spread the puff pastry on parchment paper (you can use the same one that comes in the package) in a baking tray and prick the entire surface of the dough with a fork to prevent it from rising in the oven. the apples are peeled and cut into slices, neither too thin nor too thick. they are placed in an orderly manner without any of them being mounted on top of the other, so we make sure that they have the same cooking. In a glass, add the maple syrup and agave syrup, and add cinnamon to taste. we mix pour the mixture, carefully, over the apples, very well distributed. sprinkle the cake with crushed flax seeds and add a pinch of cinnamon on top. put it in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
